How do I get my voucher code?

After purchasing, your unique voucher code is emailed to you automatically. If you bought through Groupon, your code is provided by Groupon.

How do I redeem my voucher?

Go to the Redeem a Voucher page, enter your code, and you'll be guided through booking your preferred date and time (where applicable). You'll get a confirmation email straight away.

I can't find my confirmation email.

Please check your promotions and spam folders. Confirmation emails come from bookings@rathwoodoffers.com — adding this to your contacts helps.

Can I change my booking date?

Yes — contact us as early as possible and we'll move your booking where availability allows.

When does my voucher expire?

The expiry date is shown at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email. Expired vouchers can't be redeemed.

Can I use a voucher more than once?

No — each voucher code can be redeemed once only.

Is the voucher refundable?

Vouchers are non-refundable, but if you have an issue please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Can I buy a voucher as a gift?

Absolutely — just forward the voucher email to the recipient, or get in touch and we can help arrange it.
