1. The Voucher

Each voucher entitles the holder to the experience described at the time of purchase. Vouchers are issued with a unique code and may only be redeemed once.

2. Booking

Experiences requiring a date and time must be booked in advance via our booking page using your voucher code. Bookings are subject to availability. Where an experience runs only on specific dates, you may only book one of the dates offered.

3. Validity & Expiry

Vouchers are valid until the expiry date shown at purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or refunded.

4. Caps & Availability

Offers are available in limited quantities. Once an offer is sold out, no further vouchers will be issued at that price.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash. If you need to change a booking date, please contact us as early as possible and we will accommodate where availability allows.

6. Use of the Experience

Voucher experiences are subject to the rules and operating times of the relevant Rathwood facility (salon, restaurant, attractions). Please arrive on time for any booked slot.

7. Liability

Rathwood Home & Garden World Ltd accepts no liability for loss or theft of vouchers. Treat your voucher code like cash.
